Hi, I’m Gabe. I’m a Texas-born, French-American strength and conditioning coach based in Miami, Florida. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Florida International University and have been coaching athletes and everyday lifters for nearly a decade.
After dealing with knee and back pain as a young athlete, I became passionate about helping others train smarter and build resilient, capable bodies. My mission is to guide people toward long-term strength and confidence through intelligent training, thoughtful progression, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Kaizen (noun) /ˈkīz(ə)n,ˈkīˌzen/
a Japanese business philosophy of continuous improvement of working practices, personal efficiency, etc.

The Kaizen Strength Team Program is a coached group experience designed for committed intermediate lifters who want high-quality programming, technical feedback, and a supportive training environment—without 1:1 pricing.

Olympic weightlifting–focused team program (4x/week, 60–90 minutes)
Block periodization with year-round readiness in mind
Weekly video submissions (up to 5) with concise technical feedback
Team chat and community support

Hands-on coaching, backed by structure.
