Hi, I’m Gabe. I’m a Texas-born, French-American strength and conditioning coach based in Miami, Florida. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Florida International University and have been coaching athletes and everyday lifters for nearly a decade.

After dealing with knee and back pain as a young athlete, I became passionate about helping others train smarter and build resilient, capable bodies. My mission is to guide people toward long-term strength and confidence through intelligent training, thoughtful progression, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Kaizen (noun) /ˈkīz(ə)n,ˈkīˌzen/

a Japanese business philosophy of continuous improvement of working practices, personal efficiency, etc.

    The Kaizen Strength Team Program is a coached group experience designed for committed intermediate lifters who want high-quality programming, technical feedback, and a supportive training environment—without 1:1 pricing.

    What’s included:

    • Olympic weightlifting–focused team program (4x/week, 60–90 minutes)

    • Block periodization with year-round readiness in mind

    • Weekly video submissions (up to 5) with concise technical feedback

    • Team chat and community support

    • USA Weightlifting team affiliation

    • 7-day free trial

    Best for:
    Lifters who value structure, coaching feedback, and community while training independently.

  • Hands-on coaching, backed by structure.

    Hybrid Coaching blends in-person sessions with online programming to create a seamless training experience. You get the benefit of hands-on coaching while maintaining consistency and progression between sessions.

    • Weekly or biweekly in-person sessions

    • Online programming for the rest of the week

    • Video review and written feedback

    • Priority coaching access
